  If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a credit which can be used to place a new order. Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 4-7 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

  When does this policy not apply?

  • an audio or video recording or computer software that has been unsealed;
  • a product which has been personalized or made to your specifications.
